The wait is over! Applications for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test AP ECET 2024 are now open. Conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Anantapur, this exam is your gateway to the second year of engineering (BE/BTech) and pharmacy (BPharmacy) programs in the state.
Who Can Apply?
Indian Nationals and Andhra Pradesh Residents: This is your chance to shine if you’re from Andhra Pradesh and looking for lateral entry into engineering or pharmacy programs.
Diploma Holders: Show off your diploma in engineering/technology or pharmacy obtained from the state board of technical education of Andhra Pradesh or an equivalent AICTE-approved institution.
BSc Graduates (with Maths): A 3-year BSc degree in Mathematics from a recognized state university can also pave your way to relevant engineering courses.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum marks required: 45% for the general category (OC) and 40% for Backward Classes (BC), Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories.

General Category (OC): ₹600
Backward Classes (BC): ₹550
